Looking for a single room in Kamloops, BC

Hello everyone, I'm a second-year PhD student at TRU and I'm looking for a new place in Kamloops. My current landlord is moving family into the suite, so I need to move out. Looking for: - Private room with own bathroom - Budget: $700 - Sahali or close to campus preferred, I don't have a car so I rely on the bus - Quiet house, I'm mostly working at the lab or writing I'm a non-smoker, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
