Looking for a single room in Tucson, AZ

Posting this for my buddy who's transferring to UA and isn't on here yet. He needs a private room starting around Oct 16, budget is $700. Super chill guy, doesn't smoke, works part time at a restaurant. Anywhere near campus or along the Sun Link streetcar works. Shoot me a message and I'll put you in touch.
