Looking for a single room in Notting Hill, VIC

G'day, me and two mates (all tradies, all working full time) are looking for a house or a few rooms around Notting Hill / Clayton from 20 October. Budget is $350 pw each. We're tidy enough, not big partiers, just like a beer on the weekend. Hit me up if you've got a place or know someone leaving.
