Looking for a single room in Glen Waverley, VIC

Hi all, our share house lease in Clayton is wrapping up and I'm looking for a room in Glen Waverley for next year. Own bathroom ideally, around $260 pw. I study at Monash and work a couple of shifts at The Glen, so being near the station would be good. Pretty quiet, love having a cooked dinner with housemates every now and then.
