Looking for a single room in Glen Waverley, VIC

Hello, I will be joining Monash for the November intake (Masters of Business Analytics). I am searching for a private room in Glen Waverley, close to the train line to Clayton. Budget is $350 per week. I am vegetarian and non smoker. Would prefer a quiet house with other students. Please msg me, thank you.
